SPRING CLEAN-UP 2023

PERMIT IS NOW REQUIRED TO DUMP AT SPRING CLEAN-UP
1. All persons dropping off items at the clean-up MUST be a resident or property owner in the city limits of St. Clair.
2. Upon arrival at the clean-up, each person MUST PRESENT A VERIFIED PERMIT FROM CITY HALL saying you are up to date on all fees with the city.
3. You will need to come/call/email city hall for this document – Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

4. Staff will be present to verify these documents and verify that what is being dumped is allowed.
5. Cameras are installed to monitor the property – any illegal dumping will be prosecuted under the law.
6. Ensure you arrive in time to complete all the dumping by 3:30pm.
7. No one will be allowed to rummage through the dumpsters to pick items out, nor will they be allowed on the property to do the same.
8. The dumpsters will be at the city maintenance shed, located at 530 Park Avenue.
9. As always, tires, batteries, paint, electronics, and chemicals will not be accepted. One television per household will be accepted.
10. No covered box trailers will be allowed & we will have a separate dumpster for metal or recycling.
